The property features four private guest residences, beautifully built in an inspired fusion of original design, upcycled materials, and features harvested from our land. We house a professional and DIY recording studio, an open-air barn for comfortable meetings and performances, and an outdoor stage. We encourage sustainable practices, are solar and geothermally heated and cooled, and have added a winter greenhouse to the garden.
The Hundredth Hill's rolling green woodlands and unique creative spaces have drawn artists and others from across genres, disciplines, and borders to find inspiration and focus.
